Description

• Graduated from a relevant university department, preferably with a master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.• Fluency in English to support an international work environment; a second language is appreciated.• At least 15 years of experience in marketing and sales service tracking processes, at least 5 years in a managerial position.

• Experience in "service sales" and "project sales" for public and/or local government entities.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement.• Experience in managing both software and hardware projects, including installations and commissioning.• Strong business follow-up and responsibility awareness, with leadership skills.• Capable of organizing and planning, with a solution-oriented approach to business development.• Experience in international tenders.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities in alignment with company targets and budget work.• Conduct market and competitor analyses and provide feedback for product development and improvement processes.• Lead efforts to reorganize sales processes.• Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and create action plans with relevant departments for their development.• Plan and ensure customer visits are carried out.• Plan and implement activities related to after-sales customer satisfaction and needs.• Take an active role in acquiring new customers.• Conduct studies to identify customer needs and target customers.• Carry out sales activities in accordance with the specified budget and targets.• Increase cross-sales of products.• Oversee and receive reports from teams responsible for stakeholder relations, ensuring effective management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.• Oversee the team handling the tender application processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and submission to meet customer and regulatory requirements.• Coordinate with the marketing team, receiving reports on marketing strategies and initiatives to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.• Conduct market and competitor analyses and provide feedback for product development and improvement processes.• Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and create action plans with relevant departments for their development.• Plan and carry out customer visits.• Plan and execute activities related to after-sales customer satisfaction and needs.
